Dear Neighbour,
In this Pack you will find useful information to help ensure that we can all fully comply with government directives.
DO NOT go out unless it is essential or to exercise away from others, and if you have to go out do maintain a distance of at least 2 metres.
Please note the latest update w/e 10th October by Suffolk County Council/Public Health Suffolk which indicates that the district is being added to a regional ‘watchlist’ because of a slight increase in the number of infections. This is also the case in West Suffolk. If you work with any community/business groups please do share this information.
At this stage, the tone remains one of vigilance rather than anything more dramatic or restrictive. The numbers are relatively low – certainly compared to nationwide hotspots – and the pattern is one of small outbreak scatterings rather than anything more concerning at this stage.
Additionally, there is not an established demographic pattern (age/location etc) to the outbreaks.
Thank you
Great Glemham Parish Council
