The Annual Meeting of the Parish for 2020 is cancelled due to the Coronavirus situation.
Please read the full information on the Meetings page under the Parish Council.
The Annual Meeting of the Parish is the opportunity for all activity groups and residents of Great Glemham to come together once a year to have their say and to hear what has been happening within the Parish Council over the last year. It is a time to share information, and celebrate the good work carried out by so many volunteers within the community. Reports are supplied where possible by the various voluntary groups.
It is usually held in May, prior to the Parish Council’s AGM which normally follows on the same evening.
The agenda for this meeting is usually published a minimum of 7 working days ahead of the meeting.
